It works for me - if you say it enough times everything will actually be OK! (Except for the doodle competition - I can't believe I forgot to send off my doodle! - I drew it on Friday AND made a note to myself to take a pic and email, but then poor husband got very sick, and now I am sick, and feeling very sorry for myself on both counts. But I have to admit that a very worthy doodle won!)
